Machine Learning Engineer

Role Overview

Tecnomi is seeking skilled ML Engineers to join our innovative R&D team. You will contribute to building, deploying, and scaling machine learning solutions in a collaborative, agile environment, focusing on production-ready systems and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize machine learning models and pipelines using Python and relevant frameworks for robust, data-driven applications.
• Develop and maintain end-to-end ML workflows, including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, evaluation, and inference.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Handle model deployment, monitoring, and optimization using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Uphold high standards of code quality through rigorous testing, documentation, version control, and best practices in software engineering.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ML engineering or related roles, with strong proficiency in Python for building scalable ML systems.
• Expertise in ML libraries and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, pandas, NumPy, and frameworks for model serving (e.g., TensorFlow Serving or ONNX).
• Solid understanding of machine learning concepts, including supervised/unsupervised learning, time-series forecasting, neural networks, and model evaluation metrics.
• Experience with containerization (e.g., Docker), orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Google Cloud AI, or Azure ML).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with experience in agile methodologies and cross-team collaboration.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP), reinforcement learning, or computer vision.
• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools like MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow for model lifecycle management.
• Experience with real-time data processing, distributed systems, or low-latency ML inference.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
