AI/ML Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions using

  Python

  and core data science libraries.
• Implement and optimize

  deep learning models

  with frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Develop and manage

  cloud-based AI infrastructure

  (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Apply

  MLOps best practices

  , including Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).
• Architect and optimize

  Transformer-based models

  for production-scale deployments.
• Design and deploy

  RAG systems

  with a focus on

  high accuracy, low latency, and scalability

• Implement advanced retrieval strategies, including

  hybrid search

  , for generative AI systems.
• Utilize frameworks like

  LangChain

  LlamaIndex

  , vector databases (e.g., Pinecone), and high-performance inference servers (e.g., vLLM).
• Manage infrastructure with

  Terraform

  and distributed data systems (

  Apache Spark, Kafka

  ) in multi-cloud environments.
• Conduct statistical analysis, data mining, predictive modeling, and pattern recognition for diverse use cases.
• Apply expertise in object detection frameworks (TFOD, Detectron, YOLO) or state-of-the-art ML algorithms (BERT, GPT, XLNet, T5, LSTM, CRFs, ONNX).
• Collaborate effectively with stakeholders, justifying actions and decisions clearly.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum

  3+ years

  of experience in AI, ML, and Data Science.
• Strong hands-on experience with

  Python

  , CUDA, NumPy, SciPy, scikit-learn, Matplotlib, and Linux environment.
• Exposure to

  Generative AI models

  (Falcon, Llama 2, GPT-3.5/4) and

  Prompt Engineering

• Proven experience building

  RAG pipelines

• Expertise in

  Transformer architectures

  and Deep Learning fundamentals (CNN, RNN, LSTM, ResNet).
• Proficiency in at least one

• Advanced degree (Masters/PhD) or contributions to significant

  open-source AI projects
