What Youll Do Design & deploy ML models for classification, regression, NLP, forecasting, clustering & more Own the full model lifecycle: EDA, feature engineering, data prep, model training, and evaluation Work with both structured & unstructured datasets across diverse domains Evaluate models using business-critical and statistical metrics Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into ML solutions Document experiments, findings, and ensure reproducibility Stay updated on the latest ML trends, tools, and frameworks ?? What Youll Bring 57+ years of hands-on ML/Data Science experience Strong proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, XGBoost, etc) Deep knowledge of ML theory, statistics & model evaluation techniques Solid SQL skills and experience with ML workflows/tools (Jupyter, Git, MLflow) Clear communicator able to explain complex models to non-technical teams ?? Bonus Points For Experience with deep learning (TensorFlow, PyTorch), NLP, CV, or time series Exposure to cloud ML platforms (SageMaker, Azure ML, GCP Vertex AI) Familiarity with responsible AI, explainability (SHAP, LIME), and bias mitigation Experience working with large-scale data or distributed systems (Spark, Dask) ????
