Machine Learning Engineer

You might be a fit if you:

• Have 0–3 years of experience in machine learning, data science, or applied AI
• Are comfortable with modern ML stacks (e.g. Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn and Hugging Face)
• Have built projects, whether internships, Kaggle, research, OSS, or personal ML experiments, that show real-world problem-solving
• Are comfortable working in fast-paced, founder-led teams where you’ll own end-to-end ML workflows

Role details:

• Flexible work: async and remote-first
• Expected commitment: 10–40 hrs/week (part-time or full-time)
• Contract duration: 1–3 months, often with extension or conversion to full-time
• Direct interviews with startup founders and hiring teams via Crolit

Compensation:

• Pay ranges from $15/hr for part-time gigs to $15K–$30K annually for full-time roles.
