Loyalty Platform Admin Manager

Platform Maintenance:

Upload new products, pricing, content, and images onto the platform.

Generate regular platform reports.

Ensure smooth operation of payment gateways, SMS, email systems, and other critical functionalities.

Track and analyze website views.

Perform platform quality checks and troubleshoot issues.

New Feature Development:

Proactively suggest platform improvements and optimizations.

Identify customer pain points and collaborate with the tech team to address them through new developments.

Manage the continuous development of platform features and enhancements.

Oversee the development of new platforms, ensuring they align with company objectives.

Ensure the platform meets InfoSec standards and maintains ISO certification.

Campaign Management:

Manage and optimize social media and digital marketing campaigns.

Utilize Google Ads and other tools to support campaign growth.

Skills and Qualifications:

2-5 years of experience in managing websites/platforms, with a focus on end-to-end platform management.

Experience in SAAS or loyalty platforms is highly desirable.

Ability to communicate effectively with tech developers and provide clear briefings on feature requirements (coding knowledge is not required).

In-depth knowledge of Infosec, VAPT, ISO, Payment Gateway, SSO, SMS, and email systems.

Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies, including Google Ads, is an advantage.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
