What We’re Looking For:I’m seeking a technical co-founder who’s equally passionate about trading and technology.

You should ideally:

• Have solid experience in algorithmic trading or quant strategy development
• Know your way around

  Pine Script, MT4/MT5 automation, and API integrations

• Be curious, innovative, and ready to build systems from scratch
• Have a strong understanding of

  forex price action, risk management, and backtesting

• Be someone who wants to create something big, not just work for a paycheck
  

What You’ll Do:

• Build and optimize scalping algorithms & tools

Automate signals, strategies, and trade execution systems

• Experiment with new trading products & ideas under the Scalper Desk brand
• Have complete freedom in decision-making — no corporate walls, just creation
• Shape the brand, culture, and product direction from Day 1
