Key Responsibilities
- Manage the
purchase administration process
for logistics and warehousing (PO creation, invoicing, compliance). - Collaborate with
Logistics Service Providers (LSPs)
, procurement, and accounts payable teams for smooth operations. - Audit logistics invoices against contracts and rate tables; proactively resolve discrepancies.
- Build and maintain
data models and billing controls
for LSPs. - Maintain repository of contracts and rate cards, ensuring timely updates.
- Provide ad hoc support for logistics procurement and operations.
Qualifications & Must-Have Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Business, Logistics, or Supply Chain
. 2–5 years of experience
in logistics, supply chain, or financial audits. - Hands-on experience in
SAP
and strong Excel
skills. - Excellent communication (written & verbal) in English.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to handle large volumes of data.
