Job Summary:

Load Balancing Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, configure, and maintain

  load balancing infrastructure

  to ensure optimal performance and availability of enterprise applications.
• Manage and maintain

  LTM

  ,

  GTM/DNS

  ,

  SSL offloading

  , and

  traffic policies

  (specific to platforms like F5).
• Monitor system performance, traffic patterns, and load distribution to identify and resolve bottlenecks.
  
• Implement health checks and redundancy strategies to ensure application uptime.
  
• Collaborate with network, application, and security teams to support system integration and delivery.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to load balancing, application traffic, and latency.
  
• Maintain documentation related to load balancing configurations, topologies, and failover procedures.
  
• Participate in capacity planning, performance tuning, and continuous service improvement initiatives.
  
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and policies.
  

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in load balancing technologies and application delivery.
  
• Hands-on experience with one or more of the following:
  

• F5 BIG-IP (LTM, GTM/DNS, APM)

• Citrix ADC (NetScaler)

• Strong understanding of

  TCP/IP

  ,

  DNS

  ,

  HTTP/S

  ,

  SSL/TLS

  ,

• Experience with SSL certificate management and SSL offloading.
  
• Knowledge of load balancing in

  cloud environments

  (AWS ELB/ALB/NLB, Azure Traffic Manager, GCP Load Balancer) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• F5 Certified Administrator (F5-CA)

  or

  Advanced (F5-CTS)

• Citrix Certified Associate/Professional (CCAN / CCPN)

• Understanding of WAF (Web Application Firewall) and security policies.
