Job Description

Greetings from Sutherland!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive LMS (Learning Management System) Administrator to manage and support our training platforms. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring that our employee learning programs are effectively administered, tracked, and compliant with internal and external requirements. The LMS Administrator will provide essential support to both employees and managers, ensuring seamless access to training resources, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring training programs run smoothly.

Qualifications:

7+ years of experience in a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS), preferably in an administrative capacity.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Experience with compliance training and regulations (e.g., OSHA, HIPAA, etc.) is a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and learning management system software (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Moodle, Cornerstone, etc.).
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to manage sensitive data and maintain confidentiality.
