Job Description

Role Overview: As a Linux Systems Engineer at Armia Systems Pvt Ltd located in Infopark Kochi, you will be an integral part of the infrastructure management team. Your role will involve handling various aspects of Linux systems and ensuring smooth server operations. Key Responsibilities: - Excellent Communication Skill in English (Written). - Proficiency in different Webservers such as Apache, Nginx. - Hands-on experience in managing all cPanel services, scripts, files, log locations, and troubleshooting any related issues. - Strong knowledge in Hosting Concepts and Core Linux. - Proficient in Hosting Control Panels. - Working with virtualization technologies (KVM, VMware, Proxmox) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, DigitalOcean) for VM provisioning. - Conducting Proactive Server Maintenance and Hardening. - Expertise in Website, Server, VPS migrations using different control panels. - Handling Website-related issues, Spam mitigation, Mail service-related issues, Apache & PHP compilations. - Proficient in MySQL, PHP, Exim troubleshooting. - Performing security audits and patch management. - Skilled in Proactive Monitoring and Server Management support. - Installing, updating, and upgrading packages on Operating systems (RHEL, Centos, AlmaLinux, Ubuntu & Debian). - Monitoring Servers performance using popular tools like Zabbix, Icinga. - Providing server support to retail and enterprise customers through various channels.
