Key Responsibilities:

• Provide

  L2 support

  for incidents and service requests related to

  Linux servers & VMware infrastructure

  .
• Manage

  Linux installation, upgrades, and patching

  (Red Hat / CentOS / Ubuntu).
• Troubleshoot

  OS-level issues

  and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor

  VMware vSphere & ESXi

  for performance, availability, and incidents.
• Handle

  VM provisioning, snapshots, resource allocation, migration (vMotion)

  , and

  commissioning/decommissioning

  .
• Escalate complex issues to L3/specialized teams when needed.
• Follow

  ITIL processes

  – incident, change, problem, and knowledge management.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with end-users and IT teams.
• Provide support through

  calls, chat, and tickets

  in a

  24x7 support environment

  .
• Basic knowledge of

  Windows Administration

  is a plus.
