Key Responsibilities

• Provide

  L3 support

  for Linux servers in enterprise-scale production environments.
• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot

  Red Hat Enterprise Linux

  and related distributions.
• Implement and manage

  automation

  using Ansible, Python, or equivalent tools.
• Monitor, maintain, and optimize server performance, ensuring high availability and security.
• Manage system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning.
• Work on incident, problem, and change management processes in line with ITIL practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support critical business applications.
• Maintain compliance with enterprise security and operational policies.

Must-Have Skills & Qualifications

8+ years

Core Linux administration

Red Hat Certification (RHCSA/RHCE)

automation using Ansible/Python

100+ servers in production

✅ Strong knowledge of enterprise monitoring and logging tools.

• Recent or advanced Linux/Cloud certifications.
• Exposure to containerization (Docker/Kubernetes) or cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of scripting (Shell, Bash, Perl).
