Learning Experience Designer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for improving the quality of Dharohar programmes by creating engaging and innovative content. This includes creating learning content and session plans for various age-groups, enhancing existing content, and developing and maintaining learning resources to promote thinking skills and a curious mindset. Additionally, you will play a key role in enhancing volunteer engagement and impact through the development and delivery of volunteer training, as well as monitoring and evaluating learning impact.
