What would you do?
Improve workforce performance and productivity, boosts business agility, increases revenue and reduces costsTalent Development- Instruction DesignDeliver instructional information for an audience based on learning activities approaches to help an organization achieve their learning goals.

What are we looking for?
  • Perform training solutions production on all types of development projects oDevelop understanding about the subject matter through materials provided and individual research.oDevelop course outlines and storyboards for learning assets such as eLearning, instructor-led, videos etc. adhering to project specific standards and tools.oWrite or edit training content to support the overall learning goals and objectives.oReview your own deliverables for completeness, compliance with standards, functionality, and consistency with the design prior to sending to supervisor for review. ?This role should expect to garner minimal feedback/change requirements from their supervisor.oConduct peer reviews as required for compliance to standards, functionality etc.oContribute to best practice/lessons learned developed on the job.oSupport supervisor in onboarding and mentoring new team members, and other admin. tasks as required.oReview and revise content based on feedback from internal and client reviewers or stakeholders, resolve conflicting feedback.oCommunicate with subject matter experts and other stakeholders for inputs, feedback, walkthroughs on training deliverables.oGood understanding of Instructional Design principles?Ability to understand, build on and implement high-level designs?Proven experience in more than one instructional approach (web-based, instructor-led, or virtual instructor-led training)?Exposure to digital learning approaches (videos, micro learning, simulations, gamified learning) oStrong content writing skills oStrong communication skills (verbal and written) oAttention to detail to ensure qualityoAble to work with minimal supervision from the Lead/ManageroGood experience in using Microsoft Office tools (Word and PowerPoint)Preferred
  • Hands-on experience of atleast one or similar authoring tools such as Articulate suite, Claroflow etc.
  • Good understanding of learning methodologies such as Gagne, ADDIE, and adult learning theories
  • Experience in designing training for global, corporate audience Roles and Responsibilities:
  • In this role you are required to do analysis and solving of increasingly complex problems
  • Your day to day interactions are with peers within Accenture
  • You are likely to have some interaction with clients and/or Accenture management
  • You will be given minimal instruction on daily work/tasks and a moderate level of instruction on new assignments
  • Decisions that are made by you impact your own work and may impact the work of others
  • In this role you would be an individual contributor and/or oversee a small work effort and/or team
