Job Title:

Locations:

Test Lead

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage testing projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements and timelines.
Identify testing scope, prepare detailed
test strategies
,
test plans
, and other testing deliverables.
Estimate effort, identify risks, and propose solutions to clients for efficient test execution.
Coordinate with multiple stakeholders including business teams, development teams, and clients to ensure clarity and progress.
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly meetings, including test governance meetings, to track and report project status.
Mentor and lead testing teams, ensuring best practices are followed and productivity is optimized.
Perform functional testing, automation testing using
Leapwork
, and mobile automation testing for iOS devices.
Work with test management tools such as
Azure DevOps (ADO)
and
JIRA
to manage defects, track progress, and ensure traceability.
Develop test plans, test specifications, estimation reports, and test reports for tracking and audit purposes.
Support continuous improvement by identifying gaps and recommending process enhancements.

Mandatory Requirements:

Agile experience
– Minimum 3 years.
Manual testing experience
– Minimum 3 years.
Automation using Leapwork
– Minimum 3 years.
Mobile automation testing for iOS devices
– Minimum 6 months.

Optional / Advantageous Skills:

Knowledge of
Microsoft Azure CI/CD pipelines
.
Experience in writing and executing simple queries using
Microsoft SQL Server
.
Exposure to
performance testing
methodologies and tools.
