  • Will be facilitating Design Thinking and Design Sprints from cross functional product teams for successful product Innovation and UX Design
  • Is expected to work as a facilitator and constantly help facilitate discussion around business value and user stories and help Product discovery and agile development team with backlog creation and prioritization.
  • Will be responsible for your UX teams velocity and produce rich deliverables keeping up with the fast-paced sprints and stakeholder UX reviews meetings.
  • Help lead the development of the holistic vision, UX strategy and roadmap for products and services, focusing on innovation and user centric strategies.
  • Partner with other user experience practitioners, user interface developers, product management, marketing and product development to implement best practices and ensure visual, functional and conceptual unity.
  • Create best in class user experience deliverables, including wireframes, prototypes, personas, heuristic evaluations, usability research plans, high quality visuals to best implement the intended user experience.

Summary of the role:

We are specifically looking at someone to join our Sales Force Service Cloud team. This role is based out of our Hyderabad office and requires expertise in interaction design, digital web design (preferably with experience with B2B or enterprise domain), usability and having experience of working/ leading projects in a global set-up. Salesforce UX professionals use Lightning Design system and while this can be learnt on the go, preference would be given to candidates who have prior experience/ know how.

Key Requirements for this role:

  • Education:
  • B Des./M. Des/ Bachelors/Masters in HCI, Psychology, Human Factors or related field from
  • IIT/NID or other topdesign schools

Experience

  • 8-12 years of relevant experience in User Experience Design of web, mobile and conversational applications.
  • Strong experience in creation of user personas, journey maps, task flows, Jobs to be Done, iterative wireframes and high-quality visuals.
  • Thorough understanding of Design System and use it to design applications in a rapid design iteration
  • Strong understanding of Interaction and Visual Design principles and the latest standards for different design systems
  • Familiar with the latest points of view on responsive design and design for crossplatform & mobile devices
  • Proven conceptual skills, a critical eye for detail, and the ability to translate complex concepts into a clear visual representation
  • Understanding of Design Thinking and ability to lead design sprints with cross team TRIADS
  • Practice in user research techniques and tools, including customer interviews, usability testing and un-facilitated techniques
  • Fluent with design tools for wireframes and prototypes such as Sketch and Invision
  • Experience working with remote teams in different time zones and the use of remote tools of collaboration
  • Must be able to provide portfolio of user interface design work and demonstrate track record of bottom line impact resulting from user interface design.
  • Strong in communication and English speaking and writing skills. Ability to communicate design decisions to senior leadership.
  • Self-led and ability to lead end to end projects right from the strategy to delivery level.
  • Ability to lead/mentor and support junior team members on design decisions and deliverables

  • Incorporates and collaborates on higher-level cross-product/domain design patterns and/or standards (this bullet is not clear to me)
  • Acts in a way that inspires other team members to engage and contribute.
