Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end UI/UX design efforts for AI-driven applications and platforms.
  
• Drive

  creative and strategic design thinking

  to deliver intuitive, accessible, and engaging user experiences.
• Ensure designs comply with

  accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA roles, inclusive design principles)

  .
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and data scientists to integrate AI/ML model outputs into user-friendly interfaces.
  
• Build wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using modern design tools.
  
• Mentor junior designers and contribute to establishing design best practices and guidelines.
  
• Partner with front-end developers to ensure seamless handoff and design implementation.
  

Required Skills & Expertise

Design Tools:

• Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision
  

Prototyping & Wireframing:

• Axure, Balsamiq, Framer
  

Front-End Collaboration:

• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular)
  

AI Awareness:

• Understanding of AI/ML concepts, model outputs, and explainability (XAI)
  

Accessibility Standards:

• WCAG, ARIA roles, Inclusive Design Principles
