Job Description: As a Lead Trainer Full Stack at our digital systems company, you will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs for Frontend and Backend technologies. You will work closely with subject matter experts and engineers to identify training needs and skill gaps, design engaging training materials, and deliver effective training sessions to enhance the skills of our team members.
