Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Implementation
Ensure timely implementation of DoT regulations across the customer acquisition journey.
Monitor ongoing DoT/TRAI compliance within acquisition processes and reporting.
Fulfill ad hoc requirements from DoT at both national and circle levels.
Facilitate TERM monthly subscriber audits and data submissions on circle level and centrally.
Collaborate with Circle stake holder & Engineering teams to resolve compliance-related issues.
Drive simplification and automation of compliance processes.
Lead TERM penalty reduction efforts.
Optimize warehouse & operational acquisition costs through strategic planning.
Maintain periodic activity trackers and share monthly source reports with stakeholders.
Ensure no non-compliance or penalties during TERM, internal and external audits.
Drive compliance & continuous monitoring on the basis of big data analysis.
