Roles &Responsibilities

• Set the strategic roadmap and develop QA processes and strategies for both manual and automation testing
• Implement tools and metrics to proactively measure the quality of the whole product suite.
• Analyze the data thoroughly to find the areas of growth and improvement
• Develop strategies to improve the production process.
• You will be responsible for end-to-end ownership of the QA process for data and reporting products at Media.net
• You will be communicating with different stakeholders to understand requirements and discuss the test plan.
• You would be handling multiple projects at the same time.
• Lead, mentor and Coach junior team members

Requirements

• 8 To 12 years of manual and automation software testing experience
• Knowledge of scripting languages to write basic scripts that help in automation and debugging.
• Experience with basic frameworks for API texting like jmeter, apache benchmark.
• Experience with automation tools like Selenium.
• Experience managing teams of 3+ people
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
• Should be aware of functional and non-functional test requirements.
• Ability to understand business requirements and take ownership of the product.
• Exhibit passion and enthusiasm for building, extending, and maintaining large-scale platform
• Knowledge of at least 1 programming language for writing basic code, which helps in Automation.
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Knowledge of high volume, low latency, multi-threaded, large-scale distributed systems.
• Knowledge of big data and analytical querying is a plus
