Lead Software Engineer

As a Technical Lead based in New Delhi, you will play a crucial role in driving end-to-end solution design, development, and implementation. With a minimum of 7+ years of experience in Information Technology, you will lead technical teams, manage vendor coordination, and ensure the delivery of secure and scalable solutions while promoting DevOps best practices. Your responsibilities will include designing and reviewing technical architectures and solutions, performing code reviews and project effort estimations, leading DevOps implementation and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring application and network security, collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams, identifying and implementing automation tools, troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues, guiding development teams, and ensuring timely delivery. Your primary technical skills will involve expertise in .NET 4.5+, .NET Core, Oracle, MySQL, Microservices, REST APIs, Linux and Windows OS, scripting, DevOps tools, Agile frameworks, and application and network security. Additionally, familiarity with Angular, React.js, Node.js, jQuery, responsive design, Chrome/IE Dev Tools, AWS, Azure, and mobile technologies would be beneficial. To excel in this role, you must demonstrate technical leadership, stakeholder coordination, risk mitigation, and quality assurance. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage delivery timelines and production rollouts effectively.,
