Lead Software Engineer - Java, React

In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact your career and embark on an adventure where you can push the limits of what's possible. **Key Responsibilities:** - Execute creative software solutions, design, development, and technical troubleshooting with the ability to think beyond routine approaches. - Develop secure high-quality production code, review and debug code written by others. - Identify opportunities to eliminate or automate remediation of recurring issues to improve operational stability. - Lead evaluation sessions with external vendors, startups, and internal teams to drive outcomes-oriented probing of architectural designs. - Lead communities of practice across Software Engineering to drive awareness and use of new technologies. - Contribute to team culture of diversity, opportunity, inclusion, and respect. **Qualifications Required:** - Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 5+ years of applied experience. - Develop and maintain web applications using React for the front-end and Java Spring Boot for the back-end with working knowledge in Kotlin. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, write clean, efficient code following best practices. - Build and optimize RESTful APIs, integrate them with front-end components. - Debug and resolve technical issues, participate in code reviews. - Work with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Implement security and data protection measures, stay updated with emerging technologies. In addition to the above, the preferred qualifications for this role include proficiency in React.js, strong experience with Java, Spring Boot, and building RESTful APIs, knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, familiarity with version control systems like Git, experience with relational and non-relational databases, understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, or Kubernetes, and knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.,
