Job Description

Requirements Translation
Translate high-level business requirements into technical plans. You ll work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment between business needs and technical solutions.
End-to-End Development Lifecycle
Understanding of the entire software development lifecycle, including unit testing, end-to-end testing, and deployment processes.
Customers approach
Customer facing approach, ability to work with customers is a must.
Work on C++ based Windows applications that requires deep C++ development skills.
Participate in agile ceremonies and take ownership of engineering deliverables, technical debt, and refactoring needs.
Influence architectural decisions, conduct deep design reviews, and champion best practices across teams.

What you need to succeed

Bachelors degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 8+ years of proven experience as C++ developer.
C++
Proficiency in
C++
programming is essential. Knowledge of .NET is a plus.
Architecture and design experience
Strong hands-on experience in C++, STL, COM, Multithreaded programming and optionally in .NET
Excellent programming and debugging skills. Ability to diagnose hard-to-debug problems like crashes and memory leaks using tools such as windbg.
Good programming practices with solid object-oriented development experience.
