Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Software Developer located in Coimbatore. The Lead Software Developer will be responsible for overseeing a team of developers, designing and developing high-quality software solutions, ensuring code quality and best practices, and collaborating with various departments to deliver projects on time. The role involves leading technical discussions, reviewing code, mentoring team members, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in software development languages and frameworks (e.g., Java, Python, C#, ReactJs, Angular)
• Experience in system and software architecture design
• Strong understanding of code quality, version control, and best practices (e.g., Git, TDD, CI/CD)
• Proficient in problem-solving, debugging, and performance optimization
• Ability to lead technical discussions, review code, and provide mentorship
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Relevant experience in the fintech or financial services industry is a plus
