The future is borderless, and we invite you to build it together. Multiplier is seeking a highly skilled Lead Security Engineer to join our engineering organization. In this critical role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining robust security measures across our entire infrastructure and applications. Your work is essential in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems, as well as fostering a security-first culture within the company. As a Lead Security Engineer at Multiplier, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and building secure systems across all layers (network, OS, application) and implementing AppSec and Secure SDLC practices. - Developing and enforcing security best practices for cloud and container technologies. - Ensuring the security of GraphQL and REST APIs. - Driving DevSecOps enablement by integrating security into CI/CD pipelines and implementing automation for incident response. - Overseeing and maturing SOC operations, including SIEM management and incident response. - Leading internal/external vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and bug bounty programs. - Collaborating with various teams to embed security practices and mentor junior security engineers. To be successful in this role, you should have: - 8+ years of experience in Security Engineering, AppSec, DevSecOps, or related roles. - Proficiency in at least one modern programming language. - Strong understanding of secure architecture principles and hands-on experience with AppSec tooling. - Experience with container and Kubernetes security, API security, and incident management frameworks. - Familiarity with threat intelligence feeds, vulnerability scanning, and configuration management. - Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration skills. Preferred qualifications include prior experience in a high-scale production environment, security certifications, knowledge of compliance frameworks, and experience with SOAR platforms.
