What the role offers:

• Define and drive comprehensive QA strategies across manual and automated test coverage.
• Plan and allocate QA resources efficiently for sprint and release cycles.
• Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents for clarity and testability.
• Lead the development and maintenance of automated test scripts (API/UI/integration).
• Perform and guide exploratory, regression, and functional testing.
• Ensure timely execution of test cases, bug reporting, and test result documentation.
• Act as a QA representative in agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, grooming, planning, reviews).
• Collaborate with developers, security engineers, and product managers to ensure quality deliverables

What you need to succeed:

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in software QA (manual + automation) with bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Define and drive the overall QA strategy, aligning with security and development objectives.
• Ensure timely delivery of new features, functionality, and defect resolutions.
• Proficient in one or more automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Selenoid, Cypress, Playwright) and require language like Java and Python
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and communication abilities.
• Exposure to DevSecOps pipelines and tools (e.g., GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD).
• Proven experience in developing and utilizing QA dashboards and metrics to monitor test coverage, track defect trends, and drive data-informed quality improvements.
