Job Description

Role Purpose:

Responsible for inspection planning, manpower scheduling, report consolidation, client coordination, and ensuring adherence to quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and allocate inspection activities across multiple projects.
Monitor daily civil inspections (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, plastering, waterproofing, finishing).
Ensure compliance with IS codes, project specifications, and ITP/MTP requirements.
Collect, review, and consolidate QC reports (daily/weekly/monthly).
Plan manpower schedules and manage resource allocation.
Represent QC in client meetings and technical discussions.
Identify quality lapses, raise NCRs, and ensure corrective actions.
Conduct training sessions and mentor QC engineers.
Ensure compliance with ISO/QMS standards and support audits.

Skills & Competencies:

Expertise in Mivan & conventional residential projects.
Strong knowledge of QA/QC procedures, ITP/MTP, and NCR management.
Proven leadership and client-handling ability.
Excellent documentation, reporting, and communication skills.

Qualifications:

B.E./Diploma in Civil Engineering.
10+ years of QA/QC experience in high-rise residential projects (Mivan & conventional).
Prior third-party inspection experience preferred.
