Job Description

QA Lead/executor Execute KVM transition program
for QA Lead - "Key Responsibilities:Define, own and continuously improve QA strategies and processes across manual, automated, performance, and security testing
Lead test planning, estimation, execution, and reporting for multiple concurrent projects/releases
Develop, maintain, and evolve test frameworks (automation) and ensure they provide good coverage, reliability, and scalability
Conduct root cause analysis of defects, implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce recurrence
Collaborate with product, development, operations, and DevOps to ensure quality is built in early in the SDLC (requirements review, design review, code review)
Mentor and guide junior/mid level QA engineers; set up standards, best practices, code reviews, and peer learning
Manage QA metrics / KPIs: defect escape rate, test coverage, automation coverage, test pass/fail trends, performance benchmarks
Oversee defect lifecycle: tracking, escalation, communication with all stakeholders, ensuring timely resolution
Coordinate with cross functional teams to provide risk assessment and quality impact as features are developed
Ensure environment readiness for testing (test labs, staging, tools); manage CI/CD integration of automated tests
Participate in release readiness reviews, help define exit criteria for quality gates
May have people management responsibilities: resource planning, performance reviews, hiring, and mentoring
