Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead

As a Lead Programmer Analyst/Technical Lead with at least 5 years of experience in VisionPlus (V+) (CMS), your role involves the following key responsibilities: - Hands-on experience with V+ CMS - Strong development skills in Mainframes including Cobol, JCL, VSAM, and CICS - Functional areas such as posting, statement processing, interest processing, non-mon and monetary flow, as well as cards issue/re-issue processing - Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies - Interaction with customers and production of daily status reports - Excellent oral and written communication skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Qualifications required for this role include: - Minimum 5 years of experience in VisionPlus (V+) (CMS) - Proficiency in Mainframes technologies such as Cobol, JCL, VSAM, and CICS - Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills As a team player, you should possess the ability to lead a team effectively.
