Drive andcoordinate program management activities for smooth running of NPD program
NPD programco-ordination at working level for Stage Gate process execution from Stage 1 toStage 10
Cost control and VAS:
Control overallprogram cost by cost monitoring and timely update to leadership
Identify potentialVAS and drive towards completion of same
Planning/ Execution
Prepare level 2 and3 robust master program plans for NPD and keep close track of activities
Presenting plan vsactual progress to management and highlight delays and celebrate milestones
Risk Management
Identify programrisk during planning phase and prepare mitigation plan
Keep track of risksand act against mitigation strategy whenever risk arises
People / Learning
Support competency development of new team members toexecute program management and related tasks
