Lead Product Designer

Youll guide the design of key product features, set the design vision, and collaborate across disciplines to bring ideas to life.Youll also mentor other designers, helping build a culture of feedback and iteration.

Key Responsibilities

Drive product design for consumer applications, mobile and web.
Conduct research-driven design and usability validation.
Deliver detailed design artifacts from flows to final UI.
Build design systems for long-term scalability.
Collaborate with engineers to ensure accuracy in delivery.
Support design reviews, sharing best practices with the team.
Balance strategic leadership with hands-on contribution.
