DTCC offers a flexible/hybrid model of 3 days onsite and 2 days remote (onsite Tuesdays, Wednesdays and a third day unique to each team or employee). As a Lead Platform Engineer (Zero Trust SASE Services) at DTCC, you will provide technical leadership at the enterprise level in defining processes, technical infrastructure support, and adhere to architectural standards for the Proxy, VPN, DLP, Network Infrastructure and other systems. The Lead Platform Engineer works with various teams to support projects, enhance security, enable automation, and operate existing systems. Your primary responsibilities in this role include analyzing and evaluating anomalous network and system activity as it relates to Network Security, Zero Trust, and Microsegmentation related Projects. You will prepare technical procedures, standards & network schematics for all Zero Trust solutions, connect with internal collaborators to craft and operate well-architected infrastructure solutions, coordinate requirements with users and management, work as an escalation point to resolve issues in the environment, and provide top Tier-2 troubleshooting skills with Zscaler Products ZIA, ZPA, and ZDX. Additionally, you will assist the Production Services team to restore service during system outages, provide troubleshooting support to team members, perform proactive problem prevention, and take technical lead and work with vendor support. You will also assist in monitoring, configuration changes, software updates, training other employees on a periodic basis, participate in and lead multifunctional meetings with other teams in the organization, and assist with compliance requirements. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 6 years of related experience and a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cyber Security, or a related field. Deep experience in Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA) with a strong preference for implementing Zscaler solutions, proven experience in implementing and managing Zero Trust Security Models, familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM), Role-Based Access Control (RBAC), and multi-factor authentication systems (MFA) are required. Experience with Network Security, migration experience from Legacy Proxy/Firewall Infrastructure to Zscaler Zero Trust solution, and implementation experience with any Microsegmentation related initiatives would be a plus. Extensive Layer 1-7 knowledge, solid understanding of TCP/IP, HTTP, FTP, cookies, authentication, web filtering, virus scanning, web servers, SSL/encryption, and reporting packages are essential. The ability to use scripting languages, PAC file experience, execute SSL Interception with an integrated internal environment, manage public SSL certificates, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and positive relationship and teamwork skills are also required.,
