Lead PHP Developer of 5 Plus years (5-14 yrs ideally)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead an international project where the core platform is built on

  PHP (CodeIgniter)

  , with new development in

  Node.js, ReactJS, Flutter, and AI/ML models

  .
• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication (written and verbal).
• Analyse requirements, identify gaps, and deliver complete technical solutions.
• Define and document

  user stories, functional, and non-functional acceptance criteria

  .
• Propose technical solutions for new features, improvements, and bug fixes.
• Design and document

  ERDs, technical architecture, and solution blueprints

  where required.
• Conduct

  Proof of Concepts (POCs)

  for complex or undefined requirements.
• Contribute directly through coding or oversee co-developers to ensure timely delivery.
• Review, test, and deliver code that aligns with the clients quality standards.
• Manage

  CI/CD pipelines

  using Git tools.
• Lead projects using

  Agile methodologies

  and tools like Jira.
• Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to continuously enhance project delivery.

Remuneration

60,000 - 90,000 per month

Qualifications & Skills

• B.Tech / BCA / MCA in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 614 years of PHP development experience with proven expertise in

  CodeIgniter

  .
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience in

  client interaction, requirement gathering, solution design, coding, and testing.

• Solid understanding of

  software quality assurance and delivery standards

  .
• Working knowledge of

  cloud technologies (AWS), environment setup, and Unix commands

  (preferred but not mandatory).
