Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to design, define, and refine the platforms performance testing strategy.
Create and document standards and guidelines for project teams to follow when building performance scripts.
Develop high-quality automation scripts for selected modules that serve as reference examples for best practices.
Provide consultation and technical guidance to module teams during the script development process.
Review and approve performance scripts developed by module teams, ensuring compliance with standards and proper data cleanup procedures.
Maintain and manage the performance testing environment, ensuring stability and scalability for ongoing projects.
Continuously enhance and improve the performance testing framework, using structured processes and Jira for task tracking.
Present framework features and improvements in demo meetings to stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Preferred candidate profile

Senior Performance Tester

Performance Testing Tools: JMeter, good to have Locust and K6
Application Performance Monitoring (APM) Tools: Azure Monitoring
Scripting Languages: Java, Python for performance test automation
CI/CD Integration: Azure CI/CD for automated performance testing pipelines
Cloud Platforms: Azure performance testing environments
Databases: Knowledge of SQL,MongoDB,PostgreSQL
