Job Description

You will be responsible for owning 24/7 global and local load-balancing operations. This will involve leading migrations, troubleshooting F5 BIGIP (LTM & GTM) and Citrix NetScaler (GSLB), as well as managing packet broker infrastructure. Your primary focus will be to ensure high availability, security hardening, and efficient incident management across the infrastructure. To excel in this role, you must be an expert in F5 (LTM, GTM, iRules, TPS) and Citrix NetScaler (VIP, GSLB). You should have a deep understanding of networking principles such as TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, SSL offload, DNS, routing, and switching. Your experience should also include incident/change management, high availability frameworks, and network security. In addition, you should be proficient in tools such as iXia, Arista, SD-WAN, LAN/WiFi architectures, documentation, compliance, and audits. Automation skills using Terraform, Ansible, and Python will be advantageous. Preferred certifications for this role include CCIE/CCNP/CCNA or their equivalent.
