Lead .NET Engineer

As a Lead .NET Engineer at Altimetrik, you will be responsible for leading development teams working on modern web applications using .NET, React or Angular, Azure, and Microservices. With 12-15 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in providing technical leadership, architectural guidance, and mentoring to the team. Your key responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a team of 4-5 developers, ensuring adherence to best coding practices and high-quality delivery. You will be involved in full-stack development using .NET Core, C#, React.js or Angular, GraphQL, and REST APIs. Additionally, you will be responsible for modernizing application architecture by breaking down monolith applications into scalable microservices. As a Lead .NET Engineer, you will design and deploy cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure services and build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, performance optimization, code reviews, and maintaining documentation for systems and APIs will also be part of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in .NET Development, Microservices architecture, Azure, React.js or Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, RESTful API design, API security, Git, version control, CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps), algorithms, data structures, and Agile/Scrum methodologies. Experience in GraphQL implementation, large-scale enterprise systems, and exposure to domain areas like finance, retail, or healthcare will be advantageous. Job stability is mandatory, and only immediate joiners based in Bangalore will be considered for this position. The interview process will involve AI Bot Screening, an internal technical panel, and a client round, all conducted virtually.
