Lead Java Full Stack Engineer (Angular)

EPAM Anywhere is looking for Lead Java Full Stack Engineer (Angular) to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Leading a team of full-stack Java developers, including recruitment, training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.Designing, developing, testing, and deploying web-based applications using Java, Angular, React, and other front-end and back-end technologies.Collaborating with product owners, project managers, and other stakeholders to define and prioritize requirements and user stories.Participating in code reviews, ensuring that code quality, coding standards, and best practices are maintained.Ensuring that applications are secure, scalable, and performant, and that they meet business and technical requirements.Managing project timelines, budgets, and resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget.Identifying and mitigating risks and issues and communicating project status and progress to stakeholders.Mentoring and coaching junior developers and promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Contributing to the development of technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, design documents, and user manuals.Strong experience in Java full-stack development, including front-end (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Angular, React), back-end (Java, Spring, Hibernate), and database (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) technologies.Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
