Senior Java Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure Java applications.
• Provide architectural guidance and make strategic technical decisions.
• Lead code reviews, enforce best practices, and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure application performance, security, and scalability.
• Develop APIs and integrations with third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in existing systems.
• Support project planning, estimation, and delivery timelines.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and frameworks in the Java ecosystem.
• Work within Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in Java development (Java 8+), with strong proficiency in OOP principles.
• Expertise in frameworks such as

  Spring Boot

  ,

  Hibernate

  JPA

  , etc.
• Strong understanding of

  RESTful APIs

  Microservices Architecture

• Experience with

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (e.g., Angular, React) is a plus.
• Java certifications (e.g., Oracle Certified Professional) are a plus.
• Experience in consulting or client-facing roles.
