Role Description

This is a full-time, off shore role positions in Bangalore & Hyderebad. The Lead Java Developer will be responsible for leading the development team, designing and implementing software solutions, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include writing clean, maintainable code, developing and maintaining microservices, and working with the Spring Framework. The lead will also conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Java and Software Development
• Experience with Microservices architecture and Spring Framework
• Proficient in Programming
• Leadership and team management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Relevant certifications are a plus
