Full stack/ Backend developer

Mandatory skills :Hands-on Java, Angular, spring boot , microservices ,sql, strong communication, stakeholder management.

Technical + Managerial role - 3 direct reportees/ Individual Contributor

Location : Bangalore- Mahadevpura

Experience : 7-18 Years

Direct Responsibilities

1. Reviewing current project design, identify drawbacks and propose performant, scalable designs
2. Should have good understanding of RDBMS and their use cases 
3. Review current design to show how the application can be modularized.
4. Should be able to design service-oriented architecture using micro services 
5. Be able to build features from scratch to demonstrate how frameworks function
6. Lay down standards for best practices for coding.
7. Peer Review code to improve quality and implement best practices
8. Onboard/Train existing team members on target technology
9. Contributing to design the best solution that meets the functional needs while respecting the overall workflow of the existing application.
10. Writing/Amending code that conforms to the best practice standards, both documented and de-facto.
11. Escalation of barriers to progress via his/her team leader in a timely and succinct manner.
12. Providing Technical guidance to other developers; assisting other team members in design related discussions
13. Design and   architect and code complex software and systems
14. Have proficiency in exploratory development
