Job Description

As a Java Developer, your role involves designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using Core Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot. You will be responsible for building and integrating RESTful and SOAP-based APIs, working with XML and XSLT for data transformation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance. Additionally, you will work with MongoDB and other databases to manage and query data efficiently. Your ability to independently analyze and resolve technical challenges with minimal supervision is crucial. You will also participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables and contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Core Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot - Build and integrate RESTful and SOAP-based APIs; work with XML and XSLT for data transformation - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and optimize application performance - Work with MongoDB and other databases to manage and query data efficiently - Independently analyze and resolve technical challenges with minimal supervision - Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and team discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables - Contribute to a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement Qualifications Required: - Strong proficiency in Core Java, Spring MVC, and Spring Boot - Experience with RESTful APIs, SOAP, XML, and XSLT - Hands-on experience with MongoDB or similar NoSQL databases - Excellent debugging and performance tuning skills - Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks - Strong communication and teamwork skills in a multi-team environment The company prefers candidates with experience working in large-scale enterprise projects, familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, and exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.,
