Job Description

Role Overview: As a Senior Data Engineer, you will be an integral part of the team, collaborating closely with project leads and clients. Your main responsibility will be to design and develop scalable data processing systems. From gathering requirements to creating end-to-end solutions, you will oversee projects from their initial stages to production. In addition, mentoring team members and translating complex business needs into robust technical solutions using cutting-edge technologies will be key aspects of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop scalable data processing systems - Gather requirements and create end-to-end solutions - Oversee projects from conception to production - Mentor team members - Translate complex business needs into technical solutions - Utilize Python, PySpark, Spark architecture, and performance tuning - Write optimized SQL with performance tuning aspects - Utilize AWS data engineering services (Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, S3) - Translate complex business requirements into technical solutions - Have working knowledge of Unix - Hands-on experience with CloudFormation - Experience with CI/CD pipeline Qualification Required: - Minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar role - Strong expertise in Python, PySpark, Spark architecture, and performance tuning - Proficiency in writing optimized SQL with performance tuning aspects - Strong expertise in AWS data engineering services (Glue, Lambda, API Gateway, S3) - Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions - Good to have working knowledge of Unix - Good to have hands-on experience with CloudFormation - Experience with CI/CD pipeline (Additional details about the company were not provided in the job description.),
