JOB PURPOSE

To lead the design, development, and validation of advanced power electronics and complex mixed-signal hardware systems for UAV and aerospace applications, encompassing multilayer PCB design, sensor integration, and end-to-end product lifecycle management. The role ensures compliance with military standards and EMI/EMC requirements, and fosters seamless cross-functional collaboration to deliver innovative, reliable, and mission-critical solutions.

DUTIES

Microcontroller/SoC/SoM Carrier boards,

RF/Wireless PCBs, Power Supply circuits, op-amp based circuits, filters, signal conditioning

circuits, closed loop process control circuits, EMI/EMC mitigation techniques, etc.

Power PCB layout requirements, GA &

wiring diagrams, power/control schemes, and BOMs.

PCB layouts using EDA tools like OrCAD.

DMM, Logic analyzers, thermal cameras to debug & Violate performance,

evaluate stress test results.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Mechanical, Embedded, Procurement,

QA, and Production for full-cycle development.

7. Lead the preparation and review of test plans, QA procedures, and compliance

(ATP, FAT, QAP, Type Test, etc.).

Skills

2. Strong background in closed-loop control systems, sensor integration, and interface design.

PCBs (10+ layers)

impedance, differential pair routing, high-speed traces, and thermal management.

4. Involvement in end-to-end hardware development from requirements to prototyping, testing, and production.

5. Familiarity with compliance standards like MIL-STD-461, MIL-STD-810, Equivalent, Etc.

6. Proficient with a wide range of communication protocols: I2C, SPI, UART, CAN, RS232/RS485, USB, Ethernet, HDMI, MIPI CSI/DSI, etc.
