Job Summary
The Lead Consultant for Oracle HCM Cloud will be responsible for overseeing the successful implementation and integration of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. They will lead a team of consultants to provide expert guidance and support to clients in optimizing their HR processes through Oracle HCM Cloud. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of consultants in the implementation of oracle hcm cloud solutions2. Work closely with clients to understand their hr requirements and provide tailored solutions using oracle hcm cloud3. Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to ensure smooth adoption of oracle hcm cloud4. Customize and configure oracle hcm cloud modules to meet client specific needs5. Provide ongoing support and maintenance postimplementation to ensure optimal system performance6. Stay updated on the latest oracle hcm cloud features and updates to provide bestinclass solutions to clients7. Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration of oracle hcm cloud with other systemsSkill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in oracle hcm cloud implementation and configuration2. Proficiency in oracle cloud modules such as core hr, talent management, compensation, and benefits3. Strong understanding of hr processes and best practices4. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage a team and engage with clients5. Ability to troubleshoot and provide solutions to complex technical issues6. Certification in oracle hcm cloud implementation is preferred7. Experience in project management and stakeholder managementCertification: Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Specialist
