Lead Graphics Designer

Experience:

3-4 years as a Graphic Designer or other similar position.

Roles & Responsibilities:

●    Strong hold on design softwares like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Working knowledge of Figma will be a bonus.

●    Develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts, using creative approaches.

●    Staying up to date with design trends, typography styles and softwares.

●    Ability to work independently from creative concept to execution.

●    To be accountable for the work by the creative team ensuring all work is as per brand guideline and platform's best practices.

●    Excellent communication and management skills to close work on time.

●    To work closely with the junior designers to create strong concepts from the initial briefing.

●    Together with the senior designer, work actively with all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the highest level of client service – from brief, creative, design and production.

●    Managing projects deliverables and key deadlines.

●    Ability to manage stakeholder expectations independently.

●    Quality control.

●    Strong interaction, communication and presentation skills.

●    Multimedia, BMM, Arts graduate/field related. (not mandatory)

Skills & Qualifications:

●    Strong designing & communication skills.

●    Strong eye towards details and getting things done.

●    3-4 years of proven experience in graphic designing.

●    Up-to-date with current marketing & social trends.

●    Ability to come up with creative & fresh ideas.

●    Management & organizational skills: Ability to manage several projects and interact with large teams, stakeholders, etc.
