About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Lead Generation Specialist to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and support the BD team in achieving revenue targets for residential and commercial interior projects.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Conduct inbound & outbound calls, emails, WhatsApp, and digital communication to generate qualified business leads.
• Source potential customer data through platforms like JustDial, IndiaMART, LinkedIn, Google, and field inquiries.
• Schedule client meetings & appointments for Business Development Executives / Managers.
• Understand client requirements and share preliminary project & company information.
• Maintain lead database (CRM), track conversions, and follow-up regularly.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead funnels.
• Support development of inquiries for 2BHK–5BHK residential interiors & commercial office fit-out projects.
• Assist with basic documentation, quotation follow-ups & pipeline reporting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate / Diploma in marketing, business or related field preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Strong persuasion & follow-up skills.
• Experience in construction / interior / real estate industry preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Sheets & CRM tools.
• Comfortable with calling targets and lead generation metrics.

Experience

• 0–2 years in telecalling / lead generation / inside sales (Freshers can apply).

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Daily/weekly lead target achievement
• Appointment scheduling conversion rate
• Database accuracy & productivity reporting
• Contribution to closures

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday
• 09:30 AM – 6:30 PM
