Role Overview:

Lead Generation Intern

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential clients across industries in India and global markets.
• Generate leads via LinkedIn, cold emails, social media, and online directories.
• Build and maintain lead databases using Google Sheets/Zoho CRM.
• Qualify leads based on target client profile.
• Assist in outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn messages, etc.).
• Schedule discovery calls for the Business Development team.
• Submit weekly reports on lead generation progress.

Skills & Requirements:

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Good communication skills (written & spoken English).
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online research tools.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and target-driven.
• Basic understanding of web design/digital marketing is a plus (training will be provided).

Internship Details:

• Location:

  Remote (India)

• Commitment:

  4 hours/day, 5 days/week (~20 hrs/week)

• Duration:

  12 weeks (extendable)

Stipend & Incentives:

• Base stipend:

  ₹3,000/month (fixed)

• Performance incentive:

  ₹1,500 per

  successful client conversion

  (when a lead you generate converts into a paying client).
