Lead Generation Executive

Job Title: Sales Executive Location: Marol, Andheri East Job Type: Full-time, Work from Office Work Days & Timings: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new sales leads from various online and offline platforms, nurturing prospects, converting them into customers, and addressing existing client inquiries to ensure high customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify sales leads from different platforms (online portals, social media, networking, etc.). Convert leads into customers through effective communication and negotiation. Handle inbound inquiries and provide solutions to existing customers in a timely manner. Maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Keep detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline in CRM/software. Stay updated with product knowledge, market trends, and competitors’ offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer experience. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar role. Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate leads independently and convert them into sales. Proficiency in using CRM tools and MS Office. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
