Job Description We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Lead Generation Executive with 1–3 years of experience in generating quality leads through various online and offline channels. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of B2B/B2C lead generation tactics, experience using CRM tools, and the ability to work closely with sales and marketing teams. Key Responsibilities Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target industries. Generate qualified leads through email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, online platforms, and other lead generation strategies. Manage and maintain a database of potential clients in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to nurture leads and convert them into prospects. Follow up with inbound inquiries and nurture them through the sales funnel. Track and report performance metrics on a regular basis. Required Skills & Qualifications 1–3 years of proven experience in lead generation or a similar role. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Knowledge of digital marketing services is a plus.
