Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective American customers.

Pitch relevant products/services to generate qualified leads and close sales.

Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Accurately update and maintain call records.

Collaborate with team leads and managers to improve campaign effectiveness.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Experience:

Prior experience in Sales, Lead Generation, or International Voice Process is preferred.

Freshers with excellent communication and high confidence are welcome to apply.

Skills Required:

Excellent verbal communication in English.

Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle objections and work in a performance-driven environment.

High energy, self-motivated, and a positive attitude.
